Wise manufacturers traditional forms, industrial/prime labels and tags, and digitally printed products and services for resale only. Our core business is primarily focused on relationships with resellers and distributors, tailoring our offerings to meet their unique needs.

Founded in 1969, Wise manufactures Business Forms & Checks, Direct Mail Printing, Unit Sets, Cut Sheets, Continuous, Wraparound Books, Prescription Pads, Memo Pads, Labels, Digital Printing, and Jumbo Rolls in four regional forms production facilities – Georgia, Indiana, Maine, and Pennsylvania and two industrial/prime labels and tags production facilities – Indiana and South Carolina – serving the eastern half of the U.S. Our focus on growing our customers’ business remains the key focal point of our corporate culture. Our goal is to develop customized support programs that address specific customer requirements.

We are ranked among the top 10 independent forms manufacturers in the U.S. in sales volume. However, we are among the leaders in short to medium-run custom forms, and with our breadth and depth of solutions for this market niche, we are second to none.
